• Implemented and executed DCS (Microsys-3200) for Residue Treatment Plant
• Successfully implemented and executed SCADA at Leaching and Solvent extraction
• Completed and executed Nickel production Plant fully DCS and achieved target production of 0.3 MT/Hr.

• Handled Front End Engineering Design (FEED) activities, Control system design, prototyping, documentation, engineering, configuration, implementation, testing (FAT, SAT) and commissioning for continuous and batch applications, Control system migration and upgrades, New projects development (Automation), Design approvals for Electro Mechanical systems and Vendor development
• Automation for Surface Treatment Plant ,SCADA for CNC's in auto component division, SCADA for Tube Mill, Resistance annealing machine and Material handling automation
