Timely, structured and periodic governance to monitor partners performance.

1. Circle Planning Head – Lucknow (UPE)

Project Planning- Understanding, implementation and documentation of all planning process. Get site survey/SBC test, Layouts and drawings, BOQ preparation, Compliance reports.

Maintaining Site asset details/FAR. Implementation of Trail / Special Project- Site selection criteria, Design, evaluating and release of site list. Follow up with vendors for site survey & design and issue of BOQ for implementation.

Provide BOQ for New Built Sites and Up-Grade sites within SLA & as per guidelines.

Pre-sales planning support to OPCO and Infratel S&M with mapping data and providing solution.

2. Circle Quality Head- Indore (MPCG)

Quality Process implementation - Implementing a progressive quality management system to ensure adherence to optimum specifications and quality standards. Provide training and technical support for estimation and execution of capital-intensive projects. Strategize and set up a robust mechanism to deliver greater than 98% FTR (First Time Right) project units.

Improved FTR percentage from 89% to 97%
