• Responsible to work on Bulk Material Handling engineering projects and provide on time quality deliverables.
• Responsible to work on design of Apron Feeders and Rail Car Dumpers.
• Prepare Mechanical 2D & 3D General arrangement drawings, Detail Drawing, Specification, procedures and as Built Drawing for Bulk Material Handling Equipment’s to refurbish, upgrade, or retrofit.
• Detail drawing review, BOM preparation, Engineering project proposal study, vendor drawing approvals.
• Apply mechanical engineering knowledge, principles, and best practices to meet customer requirements and specifications.
• Perform calculations to ensure safe function of equipment for refurbishment, upgrade, or retrofit.
• Utilize Operational Engineering standards, workflow processes, and software to facilitate timely, accurate engineering data and drawings.

Projects :

• Side Arm Charger Upgradation – ACC & Adani Gangavaram Port Ltd. Designed and developed 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings for key assemblies including the Coupler Assembly, Coupler Release Mechanism, and supporting structures like Ladders and Handrails.

• Gained hands-on knowledge of heavy and complex machinery operations, industry-standard design software (e.g., Inventor, AutoCAD), and professional engineering workflows within corporate and industrial environments.
