I believe i will be a suitable Graduate-In Training candidate for the following reasons:

i have been applying jobs but i have been turned down. i believe this is because i lack quality experience that is required in the industry. So, this Graduate-In Training programme will provide me with work experience that i can add to my Cv thereby increasing my job opportunities in future just so that i can achieve my set goals as mentioned in my CV.

Although i am interested in the Logistics and Supply Chain field, I lack the necessary skills to be employed in the industry.

I want to be employed in this sector because i am good at skills like: I am highly self-motivated and self-managed, I have strong organizational skills, time and priority management, able to meet all deadlines and i have the capability of making quick decisions, high level of intergrity and discretion, ethical and professional in person presentation, perfomance and conduct.

I am a self-motivated person who values morals, ethics, and good behaviour. I am quick to grasp new ideas and concepts, and i am an optimistic individual who wants to change the world with innovation ideas and their implementation.

I understand the commitment that will be required of me on this program. I understand that i must work hard and be dedicated throughout. This is an opportunity that i am willing to make sacrifices for as it can change my entire life.
