Worked as a Customer Engineer providing technical assistance on maintenance and monitoring of gas turbine engines related faults on Pratt & Whitney Canada Engines by adapting and providing troubleshooting support to field operators during engine related issues and LRU investigation through proactive communication with field support managers and airline customers in accordance with specific export control requirements.

• Primarily responsible for field event management supporting customer engineering for general/regional aviation and Military programs.
• Conducted screen team meetings on day to day basis while interacting with Pratt & Whitney customer engineers to discuss and resolve engine related faults and provided technical recommendations.
• Specialized in working on field event management data for aero engines, airline operator fleet management, warranty COPQ drivers and effective root cause analysis for reliability improvements.
• Presented all High Viz field issues, Cat 1 and Cat 2 events (Crash, Inflight shutdown, Power roll back, air turn back/aborted takeoff events) to Transport Canada Civil Aviation, FAA and EASA.
