Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full life cycle, high volume nationwide recruiting process for contract, contract-to-hire (C2H) and full-time technology positions.
  • Recruited for top tier semiconductor client i.e Qualcomm, Energy & Utility clients i.e Exelon Corporation, Constellation Energy, Energy Northwest in USA.
  • Sourcing candidates using advanced Boolean searches on Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter RPS and through ATS.
  • Managing a team of 4 recruiters, Training and supervising junior employees on Boolean search, requirement understanding, pay rate negotiation, developing selection criteria, candidate sourcing, screening, short-listing, grilling skills, selection and ensuring pre-employment checks are completed.
  • Used LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to make pipeline of candidates through job postings or through direct contact.
  • Working on all levels of positions with tight pay rates from Analyst or Developers to Architects, from Coordinators to Directors, worked on finance and Business positions as well.
  • Successfully manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline and have experience in setting benchmarks. Handled 5-15 ongoing requirements at a time.

  • Write and post job descriptions on LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder for Active and passive sourcing. Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills for various roles.
  • Collaborated with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and optimize interview processes.
  • Analyzed recruitment metrics to identify trends, streamline workflows, and improve decision-making processes.
  • Trained junior recruiters on best practices in candidate assessment and relationship management.

  • Developing comprehensive targeted recruitment strategies for qualified candidates via cold calling and direct sourcing, database mining, employee’s referral, advertising job postings, professional communities. Headhunting candidates as per the requirement.
  • Attending client conference and supplier calls for updates and critical positions; making notes of it in order to update the whole team.
  • Following up with client’s MSP about the feedback on interviews completed and the updates on qualified candidates on regular basis.
  • Identifying the right ability-job fit as per the requirement. Assess applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements. Scheduling tests to grill a candidate on a particular skill using AMCAT testing tool, Glider and IBM Kenexa and submitted the scores to the client when required.
  • Updating candidate’s status and information into ATS (Applicant Tracking System) on regular basis.
  • Placing top tier candidates in contracts for both product-based and service-based clients all over the country.
  • Understanding of US tax terms including W2 Corp-to-Corp (C2C), Work status in US including Green card, EAD, CPT/OPT, TN Visa Etc.
  • Managing activities on VMS’s (vendor management system): Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, Magnit (Wand), Coupa, SimplifyVMS etc.
  • Sourcing candidates via resume databases and networking sites using sophisticated Boolean search language.
  • Handling all Salary negotiations and offers and negotiated a win-win offer of employment with candidate consistent with the needs of the business.
