Waste Management is a leading provider of comprehensive waste management solutions, including services such as garbage collection, recycling pickup, and dumpster rental. As a Fortune 500 company operating in the USA and Canada, Waste Management handles trash and garbage from residential, construction, and commercial sites. The company integrates these services into the WM Project, incorporating advanced functionalities and automation while maintaining existing operations efficiently.

• Developed new enhancements and provided support for existing functionalities.
• Created and managed complex formulas, basic triggers, flows and Apex integrations, including test class development.
• Worked on Record Types, Validation Rules, Triggers and Page Layouts.
• Worked on data migration from databases to SFDC using Data Loader.
• Developed reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity Monitored teams adoption rates and responded as needed providing them with training sessions, communication as needed.
• Implemented security and sharing rules at object, field, and record level and created roles for Support agents and managers.
• Created various profiles and configured permissions for organization users according to organizational hierarchy.
• Designed, setup and maintained Salesforce standard objects, custom objects and junction objects, while also structuring user roles, security profiles and workflow rules.

• Develop, maintain, create, and improve validation rules, custom workflows, Apex customizations, custom objects, fields, and formulas.
• Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance.
• Develop or review development of test protocols for testing application before user acceptance. Review test results and direct further development.
• Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support organization scaling at rapid pace.
• Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts.
• Provide recommendations on how to improve Salesforce operational platform.
