Job Responsibilities
Marketing and Sales
• Achieving product wise, category wise monthly sales target for the branch
• Improve premium contribution of the total sales.
• Drive New and focused products in the branch.
• Planning and conducting marketing activities for new product launch and branding.
• Planning customer meet initiatives and campaigns for promoting sales.
Business Development
• Identifying and creating business development opportunities.
• Business prospecting and assigning new dealers for low market share locations.
• Continuously monitoring and improving dealer offtakes to enhance market share.
• Using networks for new business development to support sales and enhance revenue.
• Ensuring a strong sales pipeline with the dealers.
Stakeholder Management
• Managing stakeholder mapping and prepare communications to stakeholders and prompt response to stakeholder queries.
• Ensuring stakeholder engagement, providing guidance and directing their workload activities to ensure timescales and requirements are met.
• Working in collaboration with other team members.
Sales Planning
Utilising Market Knowledge and Competitor analysis and follow the best practices to insure planned revenue gets achieved.Achieving product wise, category wise monthly sales target for the branch
