  • Clearmedi Healthcare is a joint venture initiative between Clearview Healthcare, India and Medipass/ KOS Healthcare, UK and Italy.Clearmedi is in business of managing complex clinical services and equipment need of hospital, right from design, development, and execution, now Clearmedi further progressed into managing the entire running and operations of full-fledged hospital services.
  • Clearmedi is having tie up BIMR Hospitals in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh (a 350 beds, multispecialty hospital) to run Oncology Department with state of art setup of Radiation department
  • Clearmedi owns and operate Linear Accelerator at BIMR Hospital

Units supervised by me

Radiation oncology department, medical oncology department and surgical oncology department, pharmacy, outpatient department and indoor patient department, marketing department, and finance department.

Duties and responsibilities -

  • With the authority from and within the policies and directives of the Company, being a legal representative of ClearMedi Healthcare Services (P) Ltd, I am responsible to coordinate all operations of the department/hospital and ClearMedi Healthcare oncology team regarding the primary objectives of the partner hospital, always within the policies of the hospital
  • To have liaison with the governing authority, the Medical staff and departments of the partner Hospital
  • To regularly schedule interdepartmental and departmental meeting where appropriate.
  • To prepare reports for & attend meeting with the governing bodies regarding the total activities of the partner institution regarding oncology services
  • To implement the control and effective utilization of physical and financial resources of the company, provided in partner hospital
  • To review and evaluate the existing policies and procedures; works out improved methods and procedures to achieve the objectives of the oncology department and company
  • To interpret and transmit policies of the Company to the personnel and medical staff and see to their implementation
  • To prepare periodical reports of oncology department for the Company HO
  • To meet departmental heads, coordinates their activities, formulate programs for the oncology department, and solve administrative problems
  • To make arrangement so that the medical service is rendered with efficiency, paying attention to the quality of care and keeping in mind the objectives of the company

  • PIP (Program Implementation Plan) - Supported planning of District Health Action Plans which include budget planning, HR planning, capacity building program plan, procurement and infrastructure development planning for facility based as well as (Hospital (DH, CHC, PHC) community-based interventions , toward successful implementation of RMNCH+A (Reproductive,Maternal, Neonate, Child health and Adolescent health) interventions
  • Moreover, I have implemented;
  • PIPs from 18 crore in FY 2007-08 to 32 crore in 2016-17
  • Maternal Health - In District We have operationalized Two out of Three MCH-Level 3 health facilities, 20 out of 23 MCH-Level 2 Health Facilities and Two MCH –Level 1 Health facilities to improve delivery services in District toward decrease in MMR and IMR.
  • Free Diet, Free Diagnosis, Free Drugs, Free Transport services has been ensured in District
  • Organized Mahiila swasthy shivir (Ladies Health Camps) across district in year 2015-16 and 206-17 (first round) to address high risk pregnancies , BREAST Cancer, CERVIX cancer , infertility , diabetes and hypertension among women of all age group
  • Child Health- New Born Care Corner at all Delivery points with all necessary infrastructure and logistics, NBSU at at all MCH-L3 and one MCHL-2 has been operationalized since my joining
  • One SNCU (Special New Born Care Unit) (20 bedded) is successfully running in district with mortality rate less than 6 with more than 50% out born admissions
  • PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) (8 bedded) was established and operationalized in FY 2014-15
  • Staff at all delivery points is trained in NSSK Training and NBSU(new born stabilization unit) staff in FBNC Training
  • District IMR is 59 that is also less than state average
  • Immunization Services:- In accordance to the PIP we have conducted training of data handlers and healthcare service providers over Routine Immunization, special emphasize on quality of vaccination.
  • Organized District Level workshop to develop Alternate Vaccine Delivery Plan, mapping of villages in MCTS software, also conducted training of Out sourced operators to do Data Entry
  • We have 16 vaccine focal points in District with designated AVDs, Protocol, Power backup, servo controlled stabilizers
  • Our District is one where vaccine return policy is implemented
  • Vaccination at delivery points is also ensured in district
  • Adolescent Health:- One ARSH Clinic (Adolescent Reproductive Sexual Health) has been established to address sexual and reproductive health, nutrition, drug abuse, mental health issues of adolescents
  • All ASHA Workers has been trained in Menstrual Hygiene Program
  • Rashtriya Bal Swastha Karykram, Weekly Iron Folic acid Supplementation program rolled out in District during 2013—2014
  • Family Planning Services:- TFR of District Morena is 3.1; acceptance rate of permanent sterilization is average in district
  • To boost up Family Planning Program, Post Partum Intra Uterine Device has been introduced in district
  • National Urban Health Mission:- Established and operationalized two urban PHCs in Morena district to address health need of slum population of urban area.
  • To develop linkages between departmental health facility and community, we have selected 41 Urban ASHA, formed of Mahila Arogya Samiti.
  • All corporators are oriented toward objectives of national urban health mission.
