- Utilize optimization techniques (such as antenna clearance, neighbor list analysis, mechanical or electrical tilting, optimal transmit power setting, optimal antenna selection for best horizontal and vertical performance, etc.) to achieve the best site and cluster performance.
- Strong understanding of design methods, antenna performance, and antenna concept (gain, beam width)
- Perform traffic analysis, design criteria, and link budget
- Manage all aspects of Transmission and Radio Access Network roll-out and upgrade, responsible for planning of 2G/3G/LTE sites (indoor, greenfield, rooftops, mini's, macros...etc)
- Investigate and rectify all network failures received from regular drive testing routes both internally and also by outsourcing company (e.g. Umlaut benchmarking)
