• Work as a Complete Project Manager of Execution of Green field Project of Wall Putty plant & Construction Chemical plant at Maihar, Madhya Pradesh. Equipment Plough type Blender mixer, Elevator, Storage silos, Packer, electrically operated diaphragm Pumps, Compressors and transport system like Air slide, screw conveyor, belt conveyors etc.
• Raw material & Finished product storage sheds in-house fabrication & execution. Leading the complete team of 16 nos. Staff & contractors with Approx. 100 Nos. work force strength for Complete the same project in Targeted time of 8 Months in Covid – 19 Pandemic situations.
• Responsible for Design, Engineering & Execution of complete White Wall Putty Plant & Construction chemical plant. Involve in Review of Scope of supply, exclusions, layouts and GA drawings.,
• Review of Erection & Fabrication Drawings, Preparation of Project BOQ, Review of Process & Instrumentation (P&I), logics and control loop diagrams with control systems.
• For Site Execution Material Preparation of package wise, weekly Progress Reports etc.
• Involve for Taking approvals of compliance for setting new projects like CTE, CTO, Factory License approval, Local authority approval. Structure stability certificate & BIS etc.
• Operation & Maintenance of Pyro section (Kiln 10000TPD Make ThyssenKrupp, Polytrack Cooler, Preheater, DPC to Clinker Silo, Coal mill VRM Atox 32.5 Make FLS, Wagon Tripler, coal handling, coal crusher etc.

• Clinker Stock Pile Roof erection & DPC Erection at Zuari Cement Yerraguntla Plant. Kiln burner replacement. Preheater Cyclone Modification for reduce power consumption. Preheater cyclones dip tube changes. Section head of Cement Mill – Ball Mill & Packing plant Section in Operation Maintainance.
• Erection & Commissioning of Single Drive operated Complete Ball Mill (Make Fuller) With FLS Maag Gear Box. Erection & Commissioning of Complete Roller Press RPZ 16,170/180(Make KHD) with complete circuit. Erection & Commissioning of Complete Flat Bottom Fly ash silo with Bulker Loading System. Erection & commissioning of Cement Mill (Twin drive) with Roller Press RPZ 13 (Supplied by KHD), SKS Separator, V–Separator, Process fan, Bucket Elevators, Bag filters and its fans, Belt conveyors, Hydraulic Truck unloaders, Packer and its Truck loading machine etc. Predictive/Preventive maintenance of cement mill with Roller press make KHD, Raw material handling, utility and Packing Plant section etc. Condition & Monitoring of plant equipment's with spectrum analysis with the help of Modern maintenance equipment's.
• Controlling of overall Cement plant operation & shift management.

• Workshop at Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. R&D Center Faridabad on Lubricants manufacturing, Testing and its applications future aspects of lubricants
