With a strong background in student safety and supervision, I have previously served as the (GSEM) Grants to State for School Emergency Management Project Director. Now, I have taken on the role of Emergency Operations Manager for the CNMI Public School System, where I act as the liaison officer between the public school system and the Emergency Operations Center (EOC). In these dual roles, Tasked was responsible for developing the CNMI public school Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) and establishing School Emergency Response Teams (SERT), all aimed at ensuring the safety and security of students, faculty, and staff during emergencies. My expertise in the Incident Command System (ICS), coupled with extensive training in ICS training-the-trainer and Instructor Candidate Trainer programs, equips me to provide SERTs with the necessary training for effective emergency response. This comprehensive approach, which includes the Incident Command System (ICS) train-the-trainer and Instructor Candidate Trainer programs, empowers the public school community to be resilient and prepared, instilling confidence and professionalism in their response to emergencies and disasters, I am fully dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of students, staff, and faculty in the face of any emergency.
