- Providing clean and safe place to prepare, serve and store food items.
- To ensure that all food and beverage outlets comply with local and brand standard on sanitation and hygiene.
- Set budgeting guidelines in relation to staffing, equipment and chemicals, and ensure a cost-effective operation.
