- Sharing/Upgrade Project-To Check the Tower feasibility for upcoming sharing OPCOs Like Airtel, RJIO, BSNL, VIL & Share the SP to OPCO & based on SP get the SO from OPCO & Plan the site for RFAI as per Target & KRA also maintained
- Coordination with Client & Sales team for SP submission & RFAI Plan
- Work on siterra Portal daily basis for Clearance tower loading from SR to RFAI
- Check the Height & Electrical work permit daily basis on MWFM Portal & Approve/Reject.
- Conduct Class material commissioning for BB/DG/IIPS through third party
- Conduct the AT for New built sites, COLO & upgrade & collect the certificates from the Vendor for final Acceptance
- Prepare the load sheet of Existing tower antenna as per PV & check the tower feasibility for upcoming OPCOs
- Prepare the upcoming power load sheet with the discussion of O&M team & send to Corporate the A Class material requirement as per Upcoming DC/EB load & as per site requirements
- Check the site folder of Anchor sites & instruct to vendors for required documents for Internal Audit
- If tower unsafe, then conduct the TLVA for the solution to make tower safe & sharable & after getting solution drawing conduct the strengthening to make tower safe as per recommendation
- Maintain DPR for Anchor, COLO Upgrade projects
- Daily Coordination with field engineers & vendors for Project Planning & execution
- Site allocation for project of Anchor/COLO/Upgrade & TLVA/tower str/NDT & SLA maintained for survey completion & Penalty applicable to vendors
